Adult Day Health Program
Adult Day Health is a program designed to meet the social and medical needs in our community. There services are provided under health leadership in an ambulatory care setting for adults who do not require 24 hour care and yet, due to physical, mental or social impairments, are not capable of full time independent living. All staff members are certified in CPR and First Aid and a nurse is on staff at all times.
Services Provided include:
- Transportation to and from the center
- Nutritious Hot Meals
- Health Care Monitoring
- Physical Exercise
- Counseling
- Socialization
- Recreation
- Education
- Activities/Crafts
- Supervision
