Money Available To Help With Atmos Bills - A limited amount of funds are available to assist with Atmos Energy bills, the Salvation Army announced in a news release.

Hunger is not a problem that just happens in third world countries. Hunger is a growing epidemic that is sweeping our country one family at a time. Since 9.6% of the Anderson County population are low income, we have hungry families right here in our community. Last year Open Hands served 10,156 individuals and 4,595 families. For every $1.00 donated, we can purchase $10.00 worth of food. 100% of all donations go directly into the Food Pantry!!
